MANAGING DIRECTOR

Byron is Managing Director of Wellspring Associates and has more than 30 years of industry experience. Byron was a founding partner of the Wellspring Associates’ Dallas office in 1992 and has been with the company since 1990. His clients are multi-generational families, family offices and their advisors. With a specific focus on Wealth Integration™, Byron has established a reputation for his commitment to advising on a wide range of matters including estate, business succession and charitable planning strategies.

Dedicated to promoting the interests of his clients, Byron is meticulous in his work and maintains multidisciplinary relationships, enabling him to effectively collaborate with other professional advisors. Byron is a Certified Financial Planner® professional. He has received membership recognition with numerous industry associations including the Family Office Exchange Thought Leaders Council, the AALU, International Forum and Top of the Table.

A graduate of Brigham Young University, Byron embraces his professional relationships with the American Endowment Foundation and Renaissance, two organizations that support charitable giving and charitable trust administration. In his free time, Byron enjoys running and traveling with his wife, Sidney. Byron and Sidney live in Arlington, Texas, and have five children and six grandchildren.
